Locality Profiles & Needs Assessment in Hebron Governorate

The book comes as a result of a comprehensive study of all localities in the Hebron Governorate, which aims at depicting the overall living condition in the governorate and presenting developmental plans to assist in developing the livelihood of the population in the area. It was accomplished through the ‘Village Profiles and Azahar Needs Assessment for Hebron Governorate’; a project funded by the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation for Development (AECID) and the Azahar Program.
The book covers the socio-economic condition in the Hebron governorate, including location, population, labor force, educational & health status, poverty and food security. It also presents agricultural & environmental status in the Hebron governorate, geo-political status, and the proposed development projects there.
