The Finance for Jobs (F4J) project is implemented by DAI for the Ministry of Finance & Planning (MoFP) and funded by the World Bank.
The F4J project’s overarching objective is to mobilize private investment and create employment opportunities in the West Bank and Gaza. This Call for Applications is to support the implementation of the “Development Impact Bonds” for Skills Training and Employability of Palestinian Youth.
