NCD is aPalestinian non-profit, non-governmental organization working to develop the Palestinian NGOs sector and empower its participation in the social work, through capacity building for its members, employees and board. NCD is working in developing the different sectors environment, women, agriculture, health, education, economy, management and others. The work is implemented by NCD different departments. The idea of establishment came from NGO’s experts who care for the empowerment of NGOs sector by establishing an umbrella that serve them in Palestine. The Council is managed by academic staff specialized in NGOs work consist of NCD Director, his assistant , a secretary, and a group of volunteers working under NCD board supervision and monitoring .
