Education Programs (Ages 2–18)
TYO’s Education Department delivers holistic, trauma-informed learning experiences for children and youth ages 2–18. Programs include Early Childhood Education (ages 2–5), Primary and Adolescent Education (ages 6–16), and Dropout Prevention (ages 16–18). Across all levels, the department integrates social-emotional learning, individualized academic support, and family engagement. Emphasis is placed on restoring educational continuity amid protracted crisis, preparing students for school success, national exams, and future opportunity. Programs also address high-risk transitions, such as entry into public high schools or recovery from prolonged educational disruption, ensuring no child is left behind.

Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS)
The MHPSS Department provides community-based mental health care tailored to the realities of life under occupation. Services include individual and group therapy, case management, crisis response, psychiatric referrals, and home rehabilitation for families in refugee camps. Programming is embedded across TYO’s other departments—especially education and women’s empowerment—ensuring integrated psychosocial support. The department also builds local capacity through mental health training for staff, volunteers, and community members, normalizing care and strengthening long-term resilience in the face of ongoing trauma.

Youth Livelihoods and Employment Programs
TYO’s Employment Department empowers young adults ages 18–35 with the skills, experience, and networks needed to succeed in today’s economy. The Community Leadership Program (Volunteers) offers youth hands-on experience in education, mental health, and child development, enhancing employability and leadership capacity. The Youth Entrepreneurship Program supports aspiring entrepreneurs through intensive business training, seed funding, and mentorship. With a focus on gender inclusion and sustainability, these programs help youth build stable futures, contribute to their households, and engage meaningfully in their communities.

Women’s Empowerment and Parenting Program (WEPP)
TYO’s Women’s Empowerment Department supports women in reclaiming agency, strengthening family well-being, and advancing gender equity. Through structured modules on parenting, mental health, preventative health, first aid, and legal awareness, the program fosters psychosocial healing, practical skill-building, and leadership development. Women also participate in fitness, English, and reproductive health workshops in a supportive, inclusive space. In response to growing regional instability, a Crisis Preparedness module is in development to equip women with tools to navigate emergencies and advocate for household safety and community resilience.
