Atfaluna Society for Deaf Children (ASDC) has been awarded the Certificate of Compliance with the Palestinian NGOs Code of Conduct

The Palestinian NGOs Code of Conduct is the standard for ethical and work behavioral patterns within the framework of the functioning of NGOs. The principles of the code included: Compliance with Covenants and Laws, Priorities of Development, Participation, Networking and Coordination, Transparency, Accountability, Equality and Inclusiveness, Good Governance, Conflicts of Interest Prevention, Influence and Effectiveness, Integrity, and Dispute Resolution.
 
 
ASDC has passed the required standard for the Palestinian NGOs’ Code of Conduct after undergoing a thorough self-evaluation and validation conducted by NDC and external consultants.
 
 
From his part, Mr. Naim Kabaja, Atfaluna’s Director, expressed his pride upon receiving the certificate, saying: "I am greatly humbled and honored to receive this certificate of compliance with the Palestinian NGOs code of conduct. This certificate crowns the hard efforts of all Atfaluna’s staff and supporters throughout the past years“. Mr. Kabaja also offered his sincerest gratitude to the NGO Development Center for its continuous support to strengthen the capacity of the NGO sector in Palestine.
