The Mediterranean Talent Academy is recruiting its 3rd promotion: 6 months of support between the two shores to reinvent narratives and imagine new futures in the Mediterranean.

After two successful editions, the Academy of Mediterranean Talents (ATM) opens its doors again in March 2026 and recruits 25 young people aged 20 to 40 from 13 Mediterranean countries for an intensive 6-month support program. The goal? To project and build a new vision of the Mediterranean through a space for dialogue and exchange, transforming projects with social, cultural or environmental impact into real levers of change for the region.
A hybrid and itinerant program between the two shores From March to October 2026, the 25 laureates will benefit from tailored support combining:
• Collective workshops and online mentoring sessions
• Two in-person retreats: one in France and one on the southern shore of the Mediterranean
• A network of experts specialized in Mediterranean issues
• Individual coaching tailored to each project
• Integration into a community of engaged Mediterranean actors
Practical information
Wanted profile: Young people from 20 to 40 years old with a project or initiative with a positive impact in the Mediterranean working in various fields: culture, environment, social action, research, sport, crafts, events...
Geography: The ATM is aimed at talents from Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Libya, Egypt, Lebanon, Spain, France, Italy, Malta, Syria, Palestine and Turkey. Duration: 6 months (March - October 2026) Language: French-English bilingual program
