KPCA is a Palestinian Nongovernmental Organization was established on 1994 in Gaza Strip at Khuza'a of Khanyounis governorate, and licensed by Palestinian ministry of interior, it has a long history of extending a helping hand to those people struggling to make a better life and recover from a disaster or striving to live in a free and democratic country.
