Nur Alain Society for blind and visually impaired people was established in Jerusalem in September 2004. It is a nonprofit Society which is strongly dedicated to enhance the life and well-being of blind and visually impaired people in all aspects, especially in the educational, professional and social fields. It also strives to change the traditional view of the community toward blind people and grant them respect as they can be active members who can contribute to the development of their community.
