<p>Burj Al-Luqluq Social Center Society was established in the year 1991 and has been servicing the Jerusalem community within the Old City Walls for almost 21 years. From the first day of its establishment has targeted two goals the first one: protecting the Burj from the Israelis attacks and the second one is serving the local community which suffers from marginalization in various fields.</p><p>The area of Burj Al-luqluq is about 9000 square kilometers which is almost 1% of the area of the old city and the owners of the old city are two Jerusalem families : Al-Khaldy and Darweesh.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The Burj is considered to be the largest Palestinian Associations in terms of area and members who comes daily to practice daily sport activities, and the most important thing is the location as its located in the northeast of the old city in Jerusalem and its away just a few meters from Al-Aqsa Mosque. &nbsp;</p>
