In 2001 a group of Palestinian youth in the middle region of the Gaza Strip met to create a body or association seeking to preserve the Palestinian identity and develop the community at all levels. Then they start to draw developmental programme aims to develop our civil society and activating the role of civil institutions and support it through development programmes and thematic studies to promote humanitarian principles and democratic civilization for future generations they recognizes the importance of culture, in both social and economic impact on human development quality leaps towards progress, prosperity and building a democratic society capable of assuming the responsibility of future generations and achieve positive climate for interaction and self-expression All this confirmed them vision and goals that information and studies substantive become important characteristic of human life like the rest of the necessary ingredients of life such as air and food so we can empower and strengthen community to enter the technology age and exchange information rapidly towards a democratic civil society They insure on the needs to strength the capacities of women, children and young people and give them the opportunity for self-expression especially that the refugee camps on the middle area is one of the largest refugee camps in Gaza strip Marginalization and poorest, do not knew this field of work Because of customs and traditions and many important factors like poverty and marginalization. Throw all that " the Mediterranean Center For Human Service & Development Studies" found in 2002 and have its registration aiming to change that situation The institution received with interest in many sector of the population of the meddle area for their services in a variety of fields concerned with developmental and cultural affairs, social and employment creation , which simulates the daily concerns and future and enhance their ability to self-realization side of the acquisition of knowledge, culture and raising awareness of the population.
