BUCC is a cultural center that was first established in 1994. It seeks to raise the cultural level for the children and the youth of Beit Ula town. In addition, it opens opportunities for creativity and potentials showing through different cultural, artistic, and literary activities. It also works to raise the level of voluntary work through certain activities and events.
