Friends Society of Visually Impaired Rehabilitation is a "Non-Governmental" organization established in 1995 and registered in the Ministry of Interior and national security with registration No.4028 offering significant "Education, Rehabilitation, Social and medical services" for the V.I in Gaza Strip and especially for the pupils in VI depending on local and foreign donations and projects.
