The first strategic goal: Building and developing the organization’s capabilities administratively, financially and professionally to provide distinguished services
o Continuous development of administrative and financial regulations and systems.
o Continuous development of the organizational structure to keep pace with work requirements.
o Training and developing employees’ capabilities.
o Developing databases and decision support systems.
o Developing and modernizing office and logistical equipment.
o Strengthening the relationship with local and external financiers.
o Activating self-financing sources.
o Strengthening the capabilities of workers in the field of fundraising, designing and managing projects.
 الهدف الاستراتيجي الثاني: تعزيز الحماية والتنمية المجتمعية للأسر الهشة في قطاع غزة من خلال:
• توفير الحاجات الأساسية والاستجابة الطارئة والانعاش المبكر للأسر المتضررة في وقت الكوارث والأزمات.
• تعزيز حالة الجهوزية في العمل وقت الحروب والأزمات.
• تعزيز التمكين الاقتصادي والاجتماعي للشرائح الأكثر ضعفا في المجتمع.
• تحقيق الاكتفاء الذاتي للأسر الفقيرة في قطاع غزة.
• تحسين البيئة الداخلية والخارجية للفئات المهمشة والمساهمة في سد الاحتياجات في معظم قطاعات العمل الانساني.
• المساهمة في علاج المشاكل الأساسية المتعلقة بالبنية التحتية ذات التأثير البيئي وإيجاد الحلول المناسبة التي تعمل على التحسين والتطوير.
• العمل على الارتقاء بمستوى الثقافة والوعي البيئي لدى المجتمع.
• المساهمة في تحسين سبل العيش لصغار المزارعين والمتضررين من الكوارث والأزمات.

2nd strategic goal: enhancing protection and community development for vulnerable families in the Gaza Strip through:
o Providing basic needs, emergency response, and early recovery for affected families in times of disasters and crises.
o Enhancing the state of readiness to work in times of wars and crises.
o Promoting economic and social empowerment for the most vulnerable segments of society.
o Achieving self-sufficiency for poor families in the Gaza Strip.
o Improving the internal and external environment for marginalized groups and contributing to meeting the needs in most sectors of humanitarian work.
o Contributing to addressing the basic problems related to infrastructure that have an environmental impact and finding appropriate solutions that improve and develop.
o Working to raise the level of culture and environmental awareness in society.
o Contributing to improving the livelihoods of small farmers and those affected by disasters and crises.
 الهدف الاستراتيجي الثالث: المساهمة في تحسن الوضع النفسي الاجتماعي للأطفال المهمشين وأسرهم وتمكينهم وصولا للدمج الشامل في المجتمع
• حماية وتنمية قدرات الأطفال المعرضين للخطر.
• زيادة عدد كفالات الاطفال.
• تنفيذ ورشات الدعم النفسي الاجتماعي.
• تعزيز الصمود لدى أسر الاطفال المكفولين من خلال ورشات التوعية.
• تمكين اقتصادي من خلال دعم المشاريع الصغيرة.
• تدريب مهني
• توفير فرص تدريب وتطوع للأيتام الخريجين.

3rd strategic goal: Contributing to improving the psychosocial situation of marginalized children and their families and empowering them to achieve comprehensive integration into society.
o Protecting and developing the capabilities of children at risk.
o Increase the number of child sponsorships.
o Implementing psychosocial support workshops.
o Strengthening the resilience of families of sponsored children through awareness-raising workshops.
o Economic empowerment through supporting small projects.
o Vocational training
o Providing training and volunteer opportunities for orphan graduates.
 الهدف الاستراتيجي الرابع: المساهمة في دعم دور المرأه التنموى بالعديد من التدخلات وصولا للدمج المجتمعي الشامل.
• تلبيه احتياجات المرأه في الطوارئ والظروف القاهرة.
• إنهاء جميع أشكال التمييز ضد جميع النساء وتعزيز المساواة بين الجنسين على كافة المستويات.
• العمل علي الحد من جميع أشكال العنف و الممارسات الضارة ، بما في ذلك الاتجار والاستغلال الجنسي، التحرش، الزواج المبكر والقسري و العمالة المبكرة للفتيات.
• ـتعزيز دور المرأة في الحفاظ على البيئة والحد من الجوع والفقر.
• دعم ورعاية المرأة في المجالات التعليمية ،القانونية ،التكوين المهني ا،لرعاية الصحية و الإرشاد الأسري و المجتمعي.
• تنفيذ برامج تعليمية وتثقيفية.

Fourth strategic goal: Contribute to supporting women’s developmental role through many interventions to achieve comprehensive societal integration.
o Meeting women’s needs in emergencies and force majeure circumstances.
o Ending all forms of discrimination against all women and promoting gender equality at all levels.
o Working to reduce all forms of violence and harmful practices, including trafficking, sexual exploitation, harassment, early and forced marriage, and early employment of girls.
o Enhancing the role of women in preserving the environment and reducing hunger and poverty.
o Supporting and caring for women in the fields of education, legal, vocational training, health care, and family and community guidance.
o Implementing educational and cultural programs.
