The Israeli Supreme Court (IHC) rejects petition challenging constitutionality of law that bans family reunification for Palestinian citizens and permanent residents of Israel with spouses from oPt. Another IHC ruling upholds the legality of Israeli-owned quarries established since 1967 in the West Bank-at least five of Israeli quarries in WB are owned by or operated within Israeli settlements. Palestinian victims of 2009 military offensive against Gaza still unable to seek compensation for war-related damages through the Israeli legal system. COGAT releases document revealing that authorization for projects in Gaza given on political basis.
