Center was established in old askar camp – Nablus city after various studies done by organic and management crew about the need of the country in general and the area in specific for such centers which take care of developing arts and discovering the creatives and development of the same and seeks also to save artistic heritage owned by refugees of this area whom were obliged to refuge from their villages by force in the year of 1948 . After many efforts, constituent body was able to obtain license certificate from ministry of interior under no. NA _ 894 _ CU in addition to other necessary licenses from other ministries.
