ADWAR initiated the implementation of " Social Movement of Bedouin Women " project activities

The first activities of the project is the training program, it aims to develop the knowledge and skills of 25 young woman and men of targeted Bedouin communities to establish a "a Central gathering of young women and men to advocate for Bedouin women's issues " where it works in collaboration with local councils to impact and make social movement to achieve the needs and demands of Bedouin communities people of essential community services that take into account the needs of gender.

For its part, Rawan Al-Amleh projects coordinator in ADWAR Association indicated that the training program has two main axes so that it will enable the trainees of the concept of gender it's roles and needs and the importance of women community participation , in addition to lobbying and advocacy mechanics, which will develop the trainees skills of Integrated work in Collaboration with Bedouin communities’ local councils to meet basic community needs.

Sahar AlKawasmeh ADWAR Association Director Indicated that the educated women in southeast of Yatta communities will play an active role in the training program so that they will work on the exchange of knowledge and skills with the target group in generally in the training program in order to enhance their participation in community life and work on the implementation of Project activities and highlight the suffering of the Bedouin communities, especially women in the International month for the elimination of violence , it's a very important project because it targets the most marginalized Bedouin communities which suffer from difficult social ,economic , and political conditions .
